Ogechi Gabriel is a visual artist and a graduate of the Institute of Management and Technology (IMT) Enugu. As a painter, she delves into themes of human identity and the journey toward self-discovery, expressing her art through acrylic on canvas, digital mediums, and watercolor on paper. Her work is a fusion of abstraction and realism, characterized by an exploration of form, color, and emotion. Ogechi is known for her use of vibrant, especially neon, colors. Her art reflects her experiences as a Nigerian woman, embodying cultural narratives, personal triumphs, and the complexities of the human condition. Predominantly focusing on the female form, her work celebrates female power and independence. Ogechi's art has been featured in exhibitions such as Art.Voice.Power and the Colour City Festival in Enugu.
